Considering the current background of Low-Carbon Economy (LCE), it has become an inevitable trend to replace high-energy consumption and high-intensity discharge (HID) lights with high-efficiency and energy-efficient LED lights, especially in the field of underwater lighting. In the face of increasing environmental awareness, HID light source has environmental pollution factors, failed to meet the current standards. Furthermore, the source spectrum covers both visible and invisible light wavelengths, and most of the light energy is concentrated in a red wavelength between 600 and 700nm. According to the Rayleigh scattering formula, when light is scattered in an aqueous medium, the luminescence intensity is inversely proportional to the quartet of the incident wavelength. which means that the shorter the wavelength, the luminescence intensity will not be easily decay in the scattering environment. Therefore, the HID light source is inefficient underwater and must use more energy to achieve the required lighting. The large heat capacity can better absorb and balance the instantaneous thermal impact, and prevent the thermal damage of the LED devices caused by the high temperature caused by the instantaneous over current. The heat transmission balance conditions and transmission amount of the heat sink should also be considered, so that the heat emitted from the LED device inside the fish lamp can be smoothly transmitted to the sea water outside the fish lamp. In the design, the problem of heat dissipation is solved by packaging the base plate.
